ImpactAliyah, a dynamic new pilot trip headed by the dynamic duo of Avi Bass and Jason Lustig, is boots on the ground in Israel and getting ready to find out how they can impact the Jewish State. Over twenty Boston area aliyah minded students will spend the next 10 days exploring what their contribution as citizens might look like.

Look for updates on ImpactAliyah.com and be sure to come to the networking event, January 10th, 9:30pm at the Begin Center.

IA is just one of the projects incubated at last summer’s PresenTense Institute for Creative Zionism (PICZ). It and several of the other PICZ projects are showing promising signs of success, thanks to the supreme efforts of their founders. If you have a dream that you want to turn into reality, you can apply online now for PICZ ‘08.

ImpactAliyah is a student organization that aims to support, organize, and enable young Jews to move to Israel and make a transformative impact on Israeli Society, the Jewish Community and the world. This January, we engaged students in a 10-day program in Israel focusing on practicalities of life in the Jewish State and also equipping students with skills to make a positive impact on arrival. Now we are planning two more trips, one Boston-based and the other based in New York City. (But students from across the USA & Canada are welcome to join us!)
